VerTrue Dental Lab is seeking an on-site Part-Time Experienced Dental Technician – Zirconia & PMMA Esthetics (Piecework).

About Us:

We are a high-quality dental laboratory specializing in anterior esthetic restorations and full-arch implant cases (All-on-X). We are looking to expand our team with a skilled dental technician who can contribute precision, artistry, and efficiency to our esthetic workflows, while helping with our overflow.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an Experienced Dental Technician with advanced skills in contouring, fitting, and glazing anterior zirconia crowns, as well as contouring, fitting, and coloring PMMA restorations. This is a piecework-based position offering flexibility to work after regular business hours or during regular lab hours, on-site in our lab.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contour and glaze zirconia crowns with a focus on high esthetics and natural anatomy, especially for anterior restorations.
• Contour, fit, and color PMMA temporaries, ensuring accuracy and esthetic quality.
• Contour, fit, and glaze on All-on-X full arch restorations, with attention to function and esthetics.
• Follow case prescriptions and collaborate with the team for consistency and case planning.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of personal workstation and tools.

Compensation: Piecework pay based on skill level and output.

Schedule: Piecework / Flexible Hours (After-Hours or Daytime Availability)

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with zirconia and PMMA esthetic restorations.
• Demonstrated ability to produce anterior esthetic cases with lifelike contours and finishes.
• Experience with full arch / All-on-X cases is strongly preferred.
• Must be local and available to work on-site.
• Detail-oriented with strong hand skills and an eye for color and anatomy.
• Ability to manage time independently and deliver consistent results on a piecework basis.
• Ability to work alone and unsupervised.
