DynaFlex is seeking quality Laboratory Technicians to construct and manufacture oral devices. You will perform assembly tasks as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency. The candidate will be an integral part of our world class manufacturing team. No prior experience is needed, we will provide all the training needed to become a highly skilled technician. Experience technicians are also welcome.

Responsibilities:

• Work with a team to assemble entire products or components
• Trim, wire bend, solder, weld, polish and/or form oral devises for orthodontics or sleep apnea

• Rotate through tasks for specific production processes
• Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
• Thoroughly examine work orders to ensure all instructions are followed properly

• Sitting for a prolong period of time in a climate-controlled environment
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area (5S System)
• Adhere to a strict production schedule

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields
• Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain excellent attendance

Preferred Qualifications (but not necessary):

• Artistic background and/or crafting skills
• Previous experience in Dental or Orthodontic Industries
• Knowledge of Dental Science and/or Dental Laboratory processes
