Summary: The Digital Marketing Specialist is the point person for all website updates, guest email communications, and the social media strategies at Rivers Casino Philadelphia. They will facilitate communication with outside departments and the marketing department in order to execute external marketing initiatives across all digital platforms.Engagement Expectations: We believe that team member engagement is the basis for a great culture and superior guest service. During every interaction, we display three behaviors:Smile, display energy and open body languageProactively greet team members and guests, initiating interaction to provide serviceAlways use a positive parting remark to end the conversationEssential Job Functions:Execute day-to-day operations across the casino's digital ecosystem: website, email, social media presence, app and any other emerging digital media.Stays up to date on social media trends in order to develop and execute relevant and engaging social media video content in-house.Creates content calendar and ongoing updates that keeps content fresh and relevant.Assist with the production of engaging digital video and photography content for company wide use.Executes email campaigns including writing subject lines, proofing content, communicating changes with the team and meeting deadlines.Analyzes organic social media performance and optimizes content to continually grow our audience.Contributes to digital marketing, driving continual education via sharing best practices, learnings and insights with the marketing function.Works closely with the Marketing Team to identify and create various customer experiences for digital engagement, including building out appropriate content for email, website and social media.Identifies and initiates changes that improve digital marketing efforts for site management and ongoing content optimization.Maintains agency/vendor relationships that assist in SEO development and email marketing.Suggests and implements direct marketing methods to increase profitability.Monitors all social media notifications daily.Responds to guests in a timely manner.Proposes and executes solutions to problems as they arise.Performs all other duties as assigned.Qualification:Must be 18 years or older.BA/BS required.3+ years digital marketing experience.Excellent creative writing and communication skills along with attention to detail while proof reading.Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.Available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays to monitor social media regularly.Proven work experience in casino marketing.Familiarity with web design and content management systems.Physical and Mental Demands:Regularly required to see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel.Work in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to use computer and telephone.Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor.
