Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Digital/Multimedia Specialist Do you love bringing ideas to life with creative content that grabs attention and turns heads? As our Digital/Multimedia Marketing Specialist, you’ll collaborate with our team to shape and share our brand’s story—producing eye-catching visual content using a mix of creative skills and raw talent. The Role Includes (but not limited to): Lead photography and video production projects—both short- and long-form—focused on storytelling that showcases Wespac’s work and culture, using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects . Jobsite photography (drone experience and/or license a plus)! May assist with additional marketing efforts as needed, including the creation of promotional materials and website updates. Who You Are: A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and design, and a strong understanding of our company brand. An excellent communicator with a sharp eye for graphic style and quality - someone who thrives on collaboration and idea-sharing. Proactive and adaptable, able to handle last-minute changes or critical issues under tight deadlines. Reliable, enthusiastic, passionate, and always eager to learn. Comfortable working in a small team environment, but just as capable of working independently with minimal direction. Most importantly, you love what you do and bring a "never say die" attitude to every project! Required Expertise 1-3 years of job-related experience preferred. Candidates MUST be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and have an eye for graphic style and quality. Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects a plus. Experience in the AEC industry a plus.
