Job Title: Director of Advancement Systems

Location: Lincoln Square, NY (Hybrid)

Required Qualifications: Knowledge and Skills

• Strong expertise in managing CRM systems, relational databases, and writing SQL queries.
• Experience with application development best practices, including agile methodologies, requirements gathering, analysis, prototyping, testing, and deployment.
• Proven leadership skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliverables with strong time and project management skills.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to developing team members.

Required Qualifications: Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• At least six years of full-time, relevant work experience.
• Minimum of three years in a supervisory role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience working in a development or alumni relations office within higher education.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Ellucian CRM Advance, Power BI, Ellucian Banner, and Blackbaud.
