Job Title Director of Cybersecurity Architecture Location Hybrid in Chicago, IL (3 days/week onsite) Role Type Direct Hire Must Have Skills 10+ years of information security experience with a strong technical focus and increasing leadership responsibility Proven experience implementing and managing security architecture in large enterprise environments Deep knowledge of security technologies, application security, and development processes Demonstrated success managing technical cybersecurity teams Experience monitoring emerging security risks and technologies Responsibilities and Job Details Serve as a strategic and tactical leader in cybersecurity architecture across the enterprise Lead a team in delivering modern cyber protection capabilities aligned with business goals Oversee budgeting, planning, coordination, and innovation within the security architecture function Design and manage core security architecture processes with a focus on scalability and resiliency Track team performance and demonstrate business value through executive-level reporting Research and mitigate emerging threats, attack vectors, and technology risks Partner cross-functionally to integrate security into business processes and address compliance requirements Manage and inspire a high-performing, diverse technical team Communicate security priorities and practices across all organizational levels Contribute to security documentation, audits, and risk assessments Promote a customer-centric approach to enterprise cybersecurity Preferred certifications include CISSP, CRISC, and/or CISA #J-18808-Ljbffr Covenant HR
