Insight Global is seeking a candidate that involves planning and executing a leadership-giving program to increase the number and size of gifts from donors and corporations capable of contributing $1,000 or more. This includes managing an appeal schedule, creating solicitation mailings and lists, executing event logistics, and working with third-party event fundraisers. The candidate will visit groups, corporations, and foundations on behalf of this health system. They will work closely with the philanthropy team to implement strategies aimed at expanding the pool of prospective donors for major and annual campaigns, sponsorships, and foundation gifts. Responsibilities include reaching out to donors for personal meetings, crafting solicitation proposals, organizing cultivation events, and actively soliciting donations. The role also oversees the philanthropy team’s stewardship efforts, including donor recognition, special events, stewardship mailings, and annual impact reports. Additionally, the candidate will manage assigned donors, track progress and results, and run necessary reports using the Blackbaud CRM database, as well as use the Classy peer-to-peer digital event management platform for donor communication and solicitation. They will also provide staff support for fundraising committees and the Board of Governors as assigned.
