Job Description

I'm currently working on a unique opportunity with a well-established and highly respected private equity firm based in San Francisco.

They're looking to add a Due Diligence Associate to their team — someone with a strong foundation in transaction advisory and a passion for diving deep into the mechanics of deals.

This role is ideal for someone coming out of Big 4 Transaction Advisory Services (FDD focus) with at least 3 years of experience and who’s looking to transition into the investment side at a firm known for its long-term success, operationally focused approach, and strong culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

A few highlights of the role:

• Support diligence for new platform investments across multiple industry verticals (business services, consumer, healthcare, tech, etc.)
• Play a key role in preparing portfolio companies for exit, working with internal operations teams and external advisors
• Work alongside both deal and operations professionals in a firm with a truly integrated investment model
• A strong emphasis on professional development and internal culture – this team is known for investing in their people as much as their portfolio
