Apply Now Aunt Ann’s In-House Staffing’s Client Location: San Francisco CA Job Type: Part Time Category: Childcare Position: Energetic Weekend Nanny for Family w/ 3 Boys (SF / Healdsburg) – FILLED Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays 10-12 hour days depending on candidate’s preference Salary Amount or Range: $40-$45/hour D.O.E. + Standard benefits (paid vacation, sick days, holidays) Children: 1, 3 and 5 years old Pets: n/a Bay Area Region: San Francisco Description A family that splits their time between Cow Hollow (SF) and Healdsburg is seeking an upbeat, playful nanny for their three boys (ages 1, 3 and 5 years old). This person will team with the parents to divide and conquer childcare, so the nanny will rarely have all three children at one time. Responsibilities include engaging in play, taking the boys to activities, planning fun outings, child laundry, light tidying, and simple meal prep. Their ideal candidate resides in the North Bay so they are essentially equidistant from SF and Healdsburg for a more sustainable long-term fit. The best person for them is comfortable holding boundaries, can easily keep up with three high-energy boys, and is reliable, trustworthy and prioritizes the safety of their children. Experience Requirements 2 years minimum experience working as a private nanny with excellent verifiable references Educational Requirements Fluency in English Fluency in Spanish nice to have but not required Qualifications COVID-vaccinated + boosted TB and Tdap CPR Certified Valid driver with clean record (family can provide household car for work-related driving) Prioritizes children’s safety Responsible, trustworthy Upbeat and can easily keep up with 3 high-energy boys Outgoing, playful Loving, caring, engaging Excellent communication Comfortable holding boundaries; firm but kind approach Can make at least a year commitment, ideally longer for a great fit Responsibilities Teaming with parents to divide and conquer childcare Planning fun, engaging activities Outings: occasional soccer games, parks, etc. Light tidying pertaining to the children (bedrooms, common spaces and play areas) Simple meal prep for the kids Children’s laundry Apply Now #J-18808-Ljbffr Aunt Ann’s In-House Staffing
