Entry-Level Bilingual Recruiter - Leominster, MA

Have you ever wanted a role where you can make a difference in changing people's lives by matching the right person to the right job? If so, then this could be the right position for you! Westaff in Leominster, MA is looking for someone to join our team as a Recruiter/Personnel Supervisor.

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Weekly Pay!

Pay: $17-$19/hour DOE

Some of the things you will do as a Recruiter:

• Interview, screen and evaluate candidates
• Use discretion and independent judgement to determine the best candidates to represent Westaff
• Match qualified associates with client's expectations and requirements
• Orient associates regarding their assignment
  
• Build and grow relationships with clients and associates
  
• Document events and activities in our CRM system. Will train!

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
  
• Ability to multitask
• Work in a fast-paced environment
