Position Summary:
High performers only. This is not for someone looking to clock in for a base paycheck this is for someone who wants to build a
six-figure income and an agency they own by learning how to sell, lead, and scale.
Youll start as an Entry-Level Insurance Agent, selling life, health, and retirement plans
over the phone using our proven scripts and high-quality leads. Well train you in-office for your first 8 weeks so you can master the process, earn commission immediately, and get licensed if youre not already.
After that? Stay in our office or work remotely and scale your own book of business as big as you want.
