Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager

As the EHS Manager , you will lead critical EHS programs at our Eustis facility. In this highly visible role, you will develop and manage initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and a strong safety culture throughout the site.

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the site EHS function and staff.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs in alignment with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture through training, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct safety audits, inspections, and root cause analyses, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Oversee reporting and recordkeeping for environmental and safety metrics.
  • Lead the site's environmental programs, including waste management, air and water permits, and chemical handling.
  • Serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies and inspections.
  • Draft and enforce safety policies and procedures.
  • Champion the EHS Management System by utilizing data to identify trends and drive improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry and regulatory trends.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field preferred.
  • 46 years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA, ANSI, and relevant EHS regulations.
  • Experience with EHS Management Systems, risk assessments, and root cause analysis.
  • ASP or CSP certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS software platforms.
