We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our dynamic team in creating memorable experiences for our clientele. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the planning and execution of a variety of events, from corporate meetings to large-scale social gatherings. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and is passionate about event management.

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to completion
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and resources
• Help manage event budgets and track expenditures to ensure financial efficiency
• Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials related to events
• Prepare event materials, including signage, registration packets, and name tags
• Assist with on-site event setup, registration, and logistics during the event

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
