The candidate will prepare Miscellaneous Payment Vouchers for reimbursement of personal expenses of DDC employees, including on-the-job site travel, professional licenses, and certifications. The candidate is expected to review payment requests against the Comptrollers Directive, prepare agency checks for DDCs Annual Employee Recognition, reconcile monthly bank statements from the Imprest and Demand Accounts, prepare documents for year-end Comptroller audits, and work closely with the Comptrollers Office to reconcile payment discrepancies.

To qualify for Assignment Level II, individuals must have at least one year of experience as an Accountant - Assignment Level I or two years of satisfactory full-time professional accounting or auditing experience.
Good accounting skills, familiarity with FMS2/3, and proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions.
