About the Company:

oHy Hydrogen Infused Sparkling Water is a growing beverage brand dedicated to providing high-quality, innovative, and sustainable products to our customers. oHy offers a refreshing take on a classic favorite, with a focus on disrupting the stagnant sparkling water category. Founded in 2024, our goal is to share with the consumer a cleaner and better for you sparkling water. Unlike typical sparkling waters that may have sharp or aggressive carbonation, oHy's hydrogen infused bubbles are smoother with a less acidic mouthfeel. We’ve crafted a drink that combines organic ingredients with the essence of real fruit, delivering both sweetness and zest with every sip.  

Job Summary:

As a Field Sales & Marketing Representative, you will get a hands-on introduction to what it takes to build a beverage brand from the ground up. Your work will support field sales initiatives, build brand awareness, and directly interact with retailers and consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Field Work

• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential retail accounts (cafés, convenience stores, gyms, etc.)
• Shadow sales reps during store visits, product placements, and merchandising
• Support product deliveries, restocks, and in-store brand setup
• Learn how to pitch oHy to store managers and gain hands-on experience in closing a sale
• Track retail visits, account notes, and inventory using internal tools

Brand Activation & Marketing

• Represent oHy at samplings, events, and local activations
• Educate consumers on product benefits and encourage trial
• Capture event photos and videos for social media and recap reports
• Distribute swag, coupons, and promotional materials
• Collect and report on consumer feedback and engagement
• Support sample shipment to potential customers

Digital Marketing Support

• Report to our Marketing Lead to assist in content creation
• Manage our catalogue of marketing assets
• Create content for marketing while conducting field sales activities
• Lead special projects at the direction of our Marketing Lead

Learning & Development

• Receive mentorship from seasoned sales and marketing team members
• Attend internal training sessions on CPG sales, retail strategy, and brand marketing

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For: 

• Recent graduate (Marketing, Business, Communications preferred)
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and comfortable talking to people
• Passion for health, wellness, or beverages is a big plus
• Organized and able to manage time independently in the field
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift product cases (~30 lbs)
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends for events, if needed
