A dynamic and rapidly expanding charter school network in New York City is seeking a mission-driven Finance Manager to join its team. About the Role Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Finance Manager will play a key role in budgeting, financial analysis, and oversight of fiscal operations. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Responsibilities: Support annual budgeting and financial planning processes Build and maintain financial models for school growth and facility planning Monitor financial activity to ensure compliance and manage risk Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on financial reporting Contribute to projects across finance operations, including grants and vendor management Qualifications: ~ Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field ~4+ years of relevant professional experience ~ Experience in non-profit Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
