LHH is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager role located in Grenada, MS which is about 100 miles out of Jackson, MS. This company is one of the oldest cooling system company founded in the early 1900s. In this role, you will work closely with the CFO (not onsite) as well as the team at this location to provide recommendations in improving processes/procedures. In this role you will oversee financial analysis, reporting and business operations to provide insight on financial performance. To start, you will work onsite a few days/week but that will move to a few days/month as you feel comfortable in the role. This position pays between $92K - $125K (possibly a bit higher for more experienced candidates) + bonuses and accelerators. Overall Responsibilities: Leadership of one Financial Analyst as well as overseeing the prep of monthly/quarterly finance reviews, forecasts, costs, variances and budgeting Variance reporting and providing insight on improvements Providing strategic recommendations to Senior Leadership on forecasts, risks and opportunities Ideal Background: ~7+ years of finance or accounting experience with at least 1+ years in a manufacturing environment ~ Bachelor’s Degree – Accounting, Finance or related field ~ Proven track record with a large company ($750M in rev or higher) For more information about this role, send your resume to amy.schwister@LHH.com or visit our website at to see all job openings.
