Job Description
Spectrum Search Group has partnered with an excellent professional services company in Richardson looking to add a Finance Manager.

What You’ll Do:
Spearhead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for multiple entities.
Provide strategic financial insights, including cash flow analysis, capital expenditure, and KPI tracking.
Drive process improvements and be involved in new system implementation efforts.
Develop models to support 5-year strategic plans and optimize business decisions.
Collaborate with leadership, partners, and legal teams to present actionable financial data.
What We’re Looking For:
~8+ years of finance experience, ideally with multi-state/unit exposure.
~ Bachelor’s in Finance or related field required.
~ Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
~ Proficiency in Power BI, large database tools, and advanced Excel.
~ Detail-oriented, innovative, and skilled at scaling financial processes.
After 6 months of employment, the company offers 1 day of work from home.
Depending on experience and skill set, this role will pay $120k-$140k + bonus.
