Job Title: Food Service Worker - Barista (6 months of experience required)
Location: Marquette, MI
Pay: $15.79 per Hour

What’s the Job?
- Under routine supervision, provide skills and perform a variety of duties necessary to engage in the service to customers, banquets and catering, and retail operations. 
- Perform a variety of duties within the retail store, including working with coffee and food equipment including; Mastrena, brewers, blenders, ovens, display units, coolers, freezers, and ware-washing systems.
- Create a great customer experience by welcoming and connecting with every customer, discovering their needs, appropriately suggesting product(s), offering customer demonstrations and samples, and creating opportunities for customer interaction with the product(s).
- Receive certification as a Barista, a Trainer and a Shift Supervisor using existing training plans.
- Uphold store policies and procedures by utilizing existing tools for merchandising, stocking, rotating stored products and health, safety and sanitation guidelines to achieve operational excellence.

What’s Needed?
- 32 to 40 hours a week-shift days will vary between Sunday through Saturday, possible temp to perm for the right person. Once hired on perm, benefits are offered.
- Shifts start times will vary between the hours of 7:00 am and 12:00 pm

-Required : Six months' experience in a Barista concept retail store and/or retail restaurant which includes experience utilizing computerized cash registers and handling cash.Food Service Sanitation Certification (ServSafe) or the ability to obtain within six months from the start of employment.
