We’re a small, fast-moving team looking for a creative Graphic Designer to help bring our brand vision to life across every channel.

The Role

We’re seeking a freelance Graphic Designer (NYC preferred) to work closely with our Social Media Manager on content creation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment, loves experimenting with design trends, and wants to help shape a brand from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Design engaging social media graphics, carousels, and story assets for IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X
• Create visuals for paid ads, email campaigns, and presentations
• Support in building and evolving Noble’s visual identity
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns
• Occasionally contribute to offline projects (wildposting, merch, event signage)
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong portfolio of digital design work (social-first design a big plus)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma
• Motion graphics or basic video editing skills are a bonus
• Passion for bold, modern, clean design
• Ability to work fast, take feedback, and collaborate in real time
• NYC-based (preferred) but open to remote talent who can work on Eastern time
