Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Front End Developer to join a multidisciplinary design and engineering team focused on delivering innovative and accessible digital experiences. This role involves building reusable components, contributing to a design system, and collaborating closely with design and product teams to deliver high-quality, scalable front-end solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop reusable and configurable components using React and TypeScript. Contribute to the design system through components, documentation, and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement user-centric solutions. Apply best practices in software engineering, including Test Driven Development (TDD). Optimize front-end performance and ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1). Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement. Maintain source control using Git and follow collaborative workflows. Required Qualifications 57 years of front-end UI development experience. Deep knowledge of React and CSS frameworks/processors. Experience with unit testing and TDD practices. Familiarity with Node.js, Webpack, and NPM libraries. Practical understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1). Experience with debugging tools and performance optimization. Strong communication skills and attention to design detail. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Experience working in Agile and cross-functional team environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a design system team.
