Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Front-End Web Developer to join our team and help enhance the digital presence of our non-profit organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in front-end development, including expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks. This role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and a keen eye for design to develop engaging, user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications.
• Implement intuitive UI/UX designs to enhance user experience.
• Work closely with back-end developers and designers to integrate web solutions.
• Optimize website performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve functionality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Front-End Web Developer.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and web accessibility standards.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $70k-$85k
