Full Charge Bookkeeper

Position: Full Charge Bookkeeper
Location: Ardmore, PA

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure the accuracy of our accounting processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting, while ensuring compliance with accounting regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements.
• Perform bank account reconciliations on a monthly basis.
• Log expenses and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
• Manage invoicing and collections to ensure timely payments.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare and file necessary tax documents and reports.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
• Proficiency in Quickbooks and other accounting software.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong consideration for candidates with previous law firm experience
