Responsibilities Graduate from Dream Team Agent Launch Implement weekly lead generation systems Conduct two open houses monthly Convert prospecting activities into appointments Participate in weekly script practice and team activities Attend weekly coaching sessions, trainings, and partner calls Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market homes Demonstrate expertise in pricing, staging, and listing services Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers Use Dream Team technology to track activities and clients Comply with all laws and regulations governing real estate in South Carolina Qualifications We seek someone enthusiastic about contributing to team growth, with a sense of urgency and commitment to high-quality service.
