The Position: We are looking for candidates who will be performing the role of an Acquisition Specialist/Management Analyst, Junior-Journeyman for multiple hiring opportunities.

Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $59,000 – $75,000 annually, based upon an individual's level of experience, skillset, and education. The range that is given is an estimate and may vary based on contractual constraints. At AM Pierce & Associates, it is our goal to provide equitable compensation to all employees.

The Work Environment: On-Site.

The Description:

Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

• Supports the development of program acquisition documentation such as Acquisition Plans (AP), Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASR), Procurement Initiation Document (PID), Statement of Work (SOW), funding documents, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and Acquisition Program Baseline Agreements (APBA).
• Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements.
• Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares and reports on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards.

Education & Experience:

• Clearance: Active DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain.
• Education: Bachelor of Art or Science Degree
• Years of experience performing duties described:
  • Junior – less than three (3) years.
  • Journeyman – three (3) to ten (10) years.

Travel:

• On some occasions, the employee may be required to drive to offices or buildings near the work site. In rare occasions, travel may be required.
