Happy Daz Restaurants is looking for an experienced General Manager who is ready to take ownership of operations, inspire their team, and deliver a great guest experience every day.

What You'll Do

As General Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including:

• Managing scheduling, inventory, cost control, and ordering

• Leading and developing Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Crew Members

• Driving performance in customer service, speed of service, labor, and food costs

• Ensuring training and cross-training are consistent across the team

• Prioritizing safety, sanitation, and food quality at all times

• Supporting staff in daily operations and leading by example

• Building guest relationships and resolving concerns with professionalism

• Holding team members accountable for policies, procedures, and performance

• Promoting strong communication and collaboration across shifts

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of management experience (quick service or restaurant preferred)

• Knowledge of safe food handling and compliance standards

• Proven ability to train, mentor, and lead a diverse team

• Strong record of reliability and flexibility in scheduling

• Positive, team-oriented leadership style with strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
