Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and inventory
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on guest satisfaction
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to hit revenue and profitability goals
• Lead by example with strong communication, problem-solving, and a “roll up your sleeves” attitude
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience (GM, AGM, or similar role)
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, financials, and guest service standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
