Customer Service Agent

Then we want you to work for one of the greatest companies in the pharmaceutical industry! On behalf of our client we are looking for a talented & communicative Customer Service Agent to join a dynamic and human oriented team, to assist them daily on issues with their medical devices!

Responsibilities:

1. Comply with the company's policies and procedures to meet business requirements
2. Answer inbound calls and emails within guidelines/goals
3. Be responsible for dealing with all customer enquiries ensuring the highest level of service
4. Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database
5. Provide friendly and efficient service to the worldwide community
6. Identify and escalate issues appropriately
7. Monitor and control numerous concurrent tasks
8. Proactively and independently work to meet targets and goals
