Job Title: Healthcare Data Analyst

Location: Albany NY onsite

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Mandatory Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field from an accredited institution (degree copy required with Candidate Proposal Response).
• Proven experience with SQL/SQL TOAD.
• Hands-on experience using Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with messaging standards such as XML, X12, etc.
• Experience with HL7 messaging to support a state immunization information system.
• Experience performing data quality analysis related to state immunization system data.
• Experience providing customer support and guidance.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced experience with HL7 messaging in support of a state immunization information system.
• Advanced experience with SQL/SQL TOAD.
• Experience communicating with healthcare providers
