Direct Support Professional (DSP) - all over Long Island

Locations: Eastern and Western Suffolk, Long Island
Shifts: Flexible scheduling available – Days, Evenings, and Overnights
Pay Rate: $17-$18 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene needs, including toileting, showering, and grooming.
• Support meal preparation, ensuring dietary needs are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe living environment.
• Monitor and document client progress, behaviors, and health changes.
• Escort clients to medical appointments or community outings.
• Provide companionship and foster social engagement.
• Report incidents or health concerns promptly to the program supervisor.
• Assist in inventorying personal belongings to ensure clients are properly clothed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (must provide documentation).
