As a hospitalist within USACS, you'll be part of a team unique in today's industry.   • Excellent compensation package with an estimated employed W-2 range of $125/hour to $150/hour.

About UM Shore Medical Center at Easton

  • Average daily encounters: 114
  • Staffing Model:
    • 16-20 per physician - 84 hours of physician coverage daily
    • 12-14 per APP - 36 hours of APP coverage daily
  • EMR: Epic
  • 14 physician/8 APP provider hospitalist team
  • Dedicated nocturnist
  • Intensivists onsite until ~5 pm, then on call
  • Procedures not required
  • Open ICU
  • Inpatient services span a broad range of primary and secondary acute care services. Outpatient services include rehabilitation, obstetrical/gynecological, sleep testing, cardiology, and additional care.
