A dedicated daytime Hospitalist Physician responsible for managing the inpatient care of patients at AdventHealth Ocala. The role involves working closely with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) without night shifts or on-call procedures, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule. Board-certified or eligible in Internal or Family Medicine, the position offers competitive compensation, benefits, and a supportive team environment.

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Daytime Hospitalist to join our team at AdventHealth Ocala. This is a daytime hospitalist position with no night shifts, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while providing excellent patient care.
Compensation & Schedule:
15/16 days per month (183 shifts/year): Base salary $255,000
18 days per month: Base salary $301,000
Option to pick up additional shifts for extra income
RVU and quality incentives, paid monthly with a 60-day delay

Responsibilities:
Manage a daytime patient census of patients on average
Work alongside an APP who assists with daily admissions
No procedures or codes required

Hospitalist experience preferred but not required
