Responsibilities: - Perform various cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, dusting & making beds.
- Work 10 - 25 hours per week (varies) between 8am and 5pm
- Must be flexible as the schedule can change often due to client and company needs
- Must attend weekly meetings on Mondays at 8am & once a month in-person on Tuesday at 8am
- Must lift/move items up to 20lbs
- Must be motivated & willing to always improve & have a high standard of cleanliness
- Must perform basic cleaning duties with high attention to detail: dusting, vacuuming, mopping
- Must be able to bend, kneel, lift and reach
- Must care for your supplies & clean and store equipment properly at the end of shift
- Collect and remove trash
- Report, turn in and log all broken items or items needing repair
- Must stock your supplies and be prepared for all cleans
- Must travel within a 15-mile radius outside of Findlay
- Must be ok working alone when a client is home
- Must be a team player and complete other fun tasks that might be assigned
Qualifications :
- Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Friendly, high energy, customer-oriented personality
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
- Able to work quickly without compromising quality
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have a valid driver's license & insurance
- Must have a reliable vehicle
