Job Description

Backland, is a luxury eco glamping resort in northern Arizona's backcountry. Nestled near the majestic Grand Canyon and completely surrounded by miles of ponderosa pine, our unique tents and secluded location has completely redefine the concept of glamping.

We are seeking a team member who isn't afraid to work hard and is willing and capable of helping out in any capacity on the resort depending on our needs are but will primarily work as:

Room Attendant Background checks are required and experience is preferred.

JOB SUMMARY

Compensation for this position is $35 per tent cleaned paid weekly (average cleaning time per tent is 75 minutes). For this position the ideal candidate must be very detail orientated, enjoys cleaning, enjoys working alone, and likes being outdoors.

This property features 10 luxury year-round glamping tent (with plans to expand over the next couple years) and a fine dining restaurant. The camp is located in remote area 15 minutes outside Williams AZ (Grand Canyon Area) This is an opportunity to work and live in great outdoors and experience all that the area has to offer!
