Primary Services is excited to announce the role of HR Coordinator-Leave Specialist for our client. This position is perfect for someone with a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment. You’ll work closely with HR and leave administration teams to ensure the smooth processing of employee leave requests and associated documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and rename emails and voicemails by team member name and ID.
• Upload and flag documents in HR systems (Workday) and personnel files.
• Assign cases in Workday Help and send initial communications to team members.
• Answer general leave-related inquiries that come through team inboxes.
• Update payroll spreadsheets related to parental leave.
• Assist with workplace accommodation audit cleanup.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure the integrity of all employee leave records.
• Develop a strong understanding of and adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HR support, leave administration, or employee benefits preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Workday, and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Customer service orientation with a solution-driven approach.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
