Job Description

Job Description Responsibilities Work with functional users to provide technical support, research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues. Propose, develop, test, implement, and evaluate modifications or additions to HR systems. Oversee functional testing for all HR system fixes, upgrades, patches, and maintenance. Ensure data integrity through process improvements, audits, uploads, maintenance, and documentation. Create, test, and manage data interfaces with other vendor applications. Resolve issues related to processes and systems. Develop and generate custom and ad hoc queries as requested. Perform day‑to‑day system maintenance and process tasks, including import loads, accrual adjustments, and creating new locations. Serve as a liaison between HR, payroll, IT, accounting, and other teams regarding HR systems and enhancements. Support and participate as a project team member in ongoing HRIS implementation projects. Engage with users and stakeholders to understand system capabilities and recommend solutions. Create user guides, quick reference guides, system workflows, and standard operating procedures. Assist with the development and delivery of end‑user training. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirement/Must Have Degree in a related discipline such as Human Resources Management or Business Management, or equivalent work experience. Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Experience generating reports, templates, and documentation. Demonstrated experience developing or implementing technology‑related process improvements and initiatives. Ability to engage with business leaders and translate business needs into clear business and technology requirements. Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to create documentation and training materials. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. Strong communication skills.
