Job Description

Responsibilities

• Install and Commission HVAC/R equipment following company policies and manufacturer instructions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to ensure proper operation.
• Complete installations within allocated timeframes while maintaining high quality.
• Start up and test new systems for functionality and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle.
• Complete daily reports and job-related documentation accurately.
• Deliver excellent customer service and obtain final project sign-offs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• HVACR technical program graduation or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Universal CFC certification (preferred).
• 3-5 years of HVAC installation experience (residential/commercial).
