Location/Division Specific Information The UV-Vis Sales Specialist role will cover a New England Territory. Candidates can be based anywhere in MA within our dynamic Sales division. A Day in the Life: Independently make decisions, utilizing available resources to meet customer needs and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Perform sales calls with customers in the assigned territory. Develop and implement sales strategies to compete in the market. Analyze channel and account needs, develop tailored plans, and revise them as needed. Research competitor and industry activity, stay informed of new products/services, and incorporate this data into the business plan; introduce new products and services. Maintain accurate reports, records, and files for territory management. Education Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in the sciences Experience 3+ years of instrument sales experience in the scientific field. Proven success in a driven sales environment. Experience with UV-Vis spectroscopy products and channel management is a plus. Keys to Success: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
