Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member

Full Time in Hybrid - US

About the Role This position focuses on quoting and onboarding homeowners insurance policies. A key part of the role involves working with both State Farm and Citizens insurance, with a special emphasis on handling Citizens quotes for customers who do not qualify for State Farm coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely homeowners insurance quotes
• Determine eligibility for State Farm vs. Citizens coverage
• Prepare and submit applications through the appropriate platforms
• Communicate effectively with customers throughout the quoting process
• Work closely with the agent and team to ensure smooth onboarding and policy issuance

Requirements

• Must reside in Florida
• Prior State Farm experience is required
• Active Florida 4-40 or 2-20 license
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage quoting systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Remote within Florida
• Part-time or full-time options may be considered, flexible on hours worked
