Join our team and launch your career in the dynamic insurance industry. Candidates must hold, or be willing to obtain, a Personal Lines Insurance License. Licensing is not required to apply or interview - we prioritize finding the right fit first.
Requirements:
*Valid Personal Lines Insurance License must be obtained before your start date. You'll cover initial costs, with full reimbursement after successful onboarding.
*Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, with strong communication and organizational skills.
*High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferences:
*English and Spanish speaking skills to effectively assist and support a diverse client base.
*Knowledge of current insurance standards and practices.
*Proficient with common office software, preferrable with insurance specific software
Job Duties:
*Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
*Educate clients on various insurance products and their benefits.
*Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and industry standards.
*Process applications, claims, and policy renewals in a timely manner.
*Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on trends and products.
*Collaborate with colleagues to achieve overall sales targets and objectives.
Hours:
*Monday - Friday.
*9:00am - 5:00pm.
Pay:
*Starting at $25.00 per hour
