Job Description

We are recruiting Life Insurance Sales Closers. Our average sales agent makes $10,000 per month. Yes, you read that correctly. This is not some get-rich-quick scheme.

Most people have no idea how much money there is in Insurance Sales. There are over 100 million uninsured Americans today. They have set aside no money for Final Expenses (Burial/Cremation/Funeral), Mortgage Protection, Indexed Universal Life (IUL) or Life Insurance. This puts their families/loved ones with no security, if they should pass away. Gary Michels runs his agency under Southwestern Legacy Insurance and has been a Hall of Fame Producer for several years. We offer our clients peace of mind with many options to meet every budget and need.

What are we offering ? Southwestern Legacy Insurance pays for the coursework to get you prepared for your State Insurance Exam for free. We invite you into our Las Vegas office to learn from multiple Top 1% producers in Life Insurance! We help you build your business from the ground up. So, I guess the only thing to ask is, are you ready to open the door to an amazing opportunity that will change your life?

What will make you successful in this role ?

  • You are a self-starter with an internal drive and will to succeed.
  • You love to learn and embrace training because there’s always a new challenge to conquer!
  • You want to be part of a supportive team, which loves to see team members succeed!
  • A NO is not a deterrent for you, rather the spark that makes you work harder.
  • Hard work is your middle name because you believe that you can and you will be successful.
  • A passion for helping others navigate the complicated world of insurance and ultimately assisting them finding the right coverage for their budget and insurance needs.
  • Part-time or full-time, its your business. We do ask for a commitment of no less than 25 hours per week; this will set you up for success and allow you to learn more quickly!

What do you need to have ?

  • H.S. Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in outbound calling, inside sales or technical sales is highly desirable, but not required.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency with using a variety of computer applications.
  • Possess a working phone and computer with access to reliable internet.
  • Understanding that you are starting your own business, but it will take work and dedication for you to be successful.
  • Ability to secure your insurance license and finger printing to get your State license.
  • A positive phone voice with the ability to connect with others.
  • Ability and willingness to come in office 3 to 4 days per week, which increases your ability to learn exponentially.
  • Big dreams and even bigger initiative.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder).

2026 is still young, so now is the time to act...This is your sign to take action! Are you ready to make life-changing income while helping others? Let's Go!
