A leading private pain management practice in Houston, Texas, is seeking an experienced Pain Management Physician to join its dedicated team. This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver advanced pain management services, focusing on interventional procedures and personalized treatment plans to enhance patients' quality of life. Key Responsibilities
• Perform a range of interventional pain procedures, including epidural injections, nerve blocks, and joint injections, with an emphasis on precision and patient comfort.
• Conduct 1-2 procedure days per week, administering 20-40 injections to address acute and chronic pain conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific pain management needs.
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical records, documenting evaluations, procedures, and patient progress in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in pain management to integrate cutting-edge techniques into clinical practice.
• Communicate effectively with patients to build trust and ensure a positive care experience.

Compensation
• Competitive Salary: $400,000 base salary annually (W-2 employment).
• Production Bonus: Additional incentives for high-quality care and productivity.

Work Schedule
• Monday through Friday, standard business hours.

Qualifications
• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board eligible in Pain Management.
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Proven expertise in performing a variety of interventional pain management procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with patients.
