Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Coda Search is partnering with a highly reputable asset management firm with offices located in NYC. This is a dynamic firm that is seeking to hire an Associate for its alternatives team where they will support two fundraisers and play a critical role in supporting capital raising efforts, investor relations and reporting. The role is diverse in nature and who work closely within the institutional channel across several of its alternative products including private equity, real assets and private credit. Key Responsibilities: Support senior team members in executing fundraising initiatives across several of its alternative funds Assist in developing marketing materials, pitch decks, and investor presentations. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new investor opportunities. Maintain and update investor databases, tracking engagement and investor activity Coordinate and prepare for investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences. Analyze fund performance and key investment metrics to support investor discussions. Assist with the preparation of investor conferences and meetings Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in client service/IR - background in alternatives required Strong understanding of alternative investments Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with experience preparing investor materials.
