???? What You'll Do:Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects across the organization.
Track milestones, manage timelines, and realign priorities when needed.
Develop and maintain proposals, project documentation, and communication plans.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to meet project goals.
Conduct cost-benefit analysis for new technologies and infrastructure decisions.
Prepare reports, analyze trends, and ensure proper installation and maintenance of systems.
Support recruitment, training, and standardization within the IT department.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
5+ years of hands-on IT project management experience.
Proficiency in networking, operating systems, and cloud services .
Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Fully bilingual (Spanish & English) – written and verbal.
