Our client, a leading Technology consulting and advisory firm in Philadelphia , PA, is supporting a well-known financial institution through a major post-divestiture separation. They are looking to add an experienced Technical Project Manager to assist in overseeing critical separation activities across multiple IT workstreams.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead efforts related to data migration, infrastructure transitions, system crossovers, and functional coordination during the carve-out. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of experience managing complex IT projects—ideally within financial services—and have a strong background in M&A or separation initiatives. Prior experience in TSA environments and stakeholder reporting is highly preferred.

Responsibilities Include:

• Leading one of three technical workstreams: Architecture & Data Migration, Infrastructure & End User Tools, or Networking & Cybersecurity
• Driving project planning, milestone tracking, and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management
• Coordinating across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment during transition
• Communicating updates and reporting progress to stakeholders and executive leadership

Requirements:

• 7+ years of IT Project Management experience, ideally within financial services or large-scale consulting/advisory firms
• Proven track record of managing infrastructure migrations, carve-outs, or separation projects
• Familiarity with TSA (Transition Services Agreements) and post-divestiture environments
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
