Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CAD designer specializing in Jewelry located in New York, NY. The CAD Designer will be responsible for creating and modifying technical designs, and assisting in design engineering tasks. You will work closely with our design team to ensure accuracy and top lever work in all design documents and drawings, developing pieces and complex design prompts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Jewelry CAD designing.
• Jewelry knowledge and/or background is a plus.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be able to adhere to strict deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent knowledge of pre-set, pavé setting and precision stone placement is mandatory

Technical Skills/Abilities

• Experience in Rhino, Matrix, Grasshopper.
• High accuracy is mandatory
• Knowledge of complex manufacturing is a plus
