Junior Graphic Designer — One Hospitality

Location: Columbus, Ohio

We’re seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing and creative team. This role is ideal for a designer who’s passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves bringing brands to life across print, digital, and experiential touch points.

• Collaborate closely with lead designers and the marketing team to support daily design and production needs across all One Hospitality venues.

• Update, edit, and prepare print and digital menus to ensure accuracy and consistency with brand standards.

• Assist with website updates , maintaining visual cohesion and content accuracy.

• Manage apparel and merchandise fulfillment , coordinating with vendors and ensuring on-brand execution.

• Support e-commerce operations , including product uploads, photography updates, and inventory checks.

• Maintain and organize brand assets, templates, and design files for efficient workflow.

• Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, event signage, and social media content as needed.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

• Basic understanding of web content management systems (Squarespace, Shopify, or WordPress).

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• A genuine passion for design, hospitality, and brand storytelling.
