Supports and maintains the company website, including content updates, security measures, and performance optimization. Determines site's users. Continuously iterates on and enhances the user interface and overall user experience of digital products, including websites, mobile apps, and software. Confers with the client to discuss ideas for the layout, colors, and organization of the site. Collaborates closely with internal departments to contribute to all aspects of website and application design. Conducts user research, including persona development, journey mapping, and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience. Uses version control systems (e.g., Git) for collaborative development and code management. Creates fully interactive HTML prototypes to simulate user interactions and validate design decisions. Organizes content. Uses design systems and component libraries to maintain consistency and scalability in UI design across multiple projects. Uses SEO principles and techniques to optimize website performance and user experience. Uses website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Tests web applications units and systems.
