Field Manager (Installation Division)

Responsibilities

• Communicates all information to the office by opening
• Provides heating and cooling service, installation,repairs, and maintenance.
• Assumes responsibility for trucks, diagnostic tools, and uniforms.
• Maintain company and customer confidentiality.
• HVAC Installations
• Mini splits ductless units
• Residential and commercial experience
• Assist with all teams jobs.
• Assist warehouse with loading trucks.
• Assist with removal of oil tanks.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• 10+ years HVAC experience in a residential and commercial environment
• 2+ years of leading crews
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate with customers.
• Excellent communication conflict resolution skills
• Computer skills and use of electronic devices required.
• Must be able to work on a ladder.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• High school diploma
• 3+ years HVAC Residential and Commercial Experience Required.
• EPA Universal certification.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Handle 3-5 crews at a time
• Bi-Lingual

Salary $35-$40 an hour (negotiable)
