We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Medical Social Worker (MSW) to join our integrated primary care and behavioral health team.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  
• Utilize applied behavior analysis and therapeutic techniques to support clients.
  
• Maintain confidential records adhering to HIPAA standards.
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care.
  
• Participate in case management, care coordination, and community referrals.
  Requirements include a Master’s in Social Work, current state licensure, behavioral health expertise, and experience with diverse populations. Strong communication skills and ethical practice are essential.
  This full- or part-time role offers a salary starting at $88,000/year, with benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and professional development. The position requires in-person work in Wahiawa, HI, with relocation prior to start.
